Dr Farshid Farzanegan, with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in applied chemistry and post doctorate in strategic management from TMU, has over 22 years of along with experience in various of chemical industries such as oil, gas, petrochemicals, agricultural fertilizers, skin care products. During the Expo Dubai event, he was elected as the chairman of the Joint Chamber of Commerce between Iran and the UAE for more than two years through establishing excellent relationships and desirable networking.

He has been able to create suitable relationships between this chamber and Dubai chamber of commerce by utilizing his experience. In this regard, in collaboration with Dr. Behnam Najafi, he created the Mundo brand to provide counseling and start-up services. Now, Mundo, with a cohesive network of producers and traders, offers different and desirable services to those interested in exporting Iranian products to the GCC country spirality UAE.

The focal point of MUNDO evolution, starting, and turning point in my knowledge was based on my involvement with the common subgroups of chamber of commerce like UAE, China, Turkey, Spain, that functioned under the IRAN’s Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA). These above-mentioned subgroups of chamber of commerce are not commonly, mutually engaged, literally, these are included the Iranian members who make the trade with that specific country. Therefore, when I was appointed as head of Iranian Emirati Joint chamber of commerce, made the challenging debate that in the new reforms and reshaped organisation, DUBAI chamber was involved, too.

Literally, previous to the sanctions periods, the chamber of commerce subgroups had the native country members, but after the sanctions, most of these members left the structure due the political issues and trading blockades. I established the effective strategies and implement different technique, tactics to make the productive DUBAI chamber of commerce. Instance, I made the strong relationship and solid connections with the Iranian well known federation and confederation, and I engaged the most powerful businessmen in DUBAI by using scientific effective negotiation method and practices.

The fast response organisation was objectively achieved, therefore, the first revolutionary lesson was to act precisely and effectively toward your strategic goals.

The second innovatory and radical learning was benchmarking, when I had a visit from the capital group at DUBAI who was the group of financer for Green Renewable Energy in CIS and acted as a  PC contractor within the entire supply chain. Suddenly, my mind continually sparkled with MUNDO idea and insights. After the second visit, I recognised, even the big business character, sharing the billions dollars projects as team in one spiritual body called network organisation. MUNDO is just a born baby and 11 months old during this writing time, and MUNDO’s members need to be patient, Courage, Innovative, Creative and Engaged to guarantee the future Great MUNDO in practice.
