Dr. Behnam Najafi with doctorate in Strategic Marketing, masters and bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering has amassed over two decades of experience in the fields of advertising, marketing, printing, and packaging. Leveraging his expertise, he has successfully established a robust network of connections in Iran. In collaboration with Dr. Farshid Farzanegan, Dr. Najafi launched the brand “Mundo” with the aim of creating a high-powered global business network capable of generating commercial opportunities and increasing profitability for its members. Through their collective efforts, they seek to facilitate the growth and expansion of businesses worldwide.

My past previous obstacles to develop the national businesses’ import and export and my observations from the best practices in the global economy, reshaped my existing knowledge to address a platform to fill the gaps to address in order to make the sustainable organisational performance in the field of import and exports and in order to make the competitive advantage for entire supply chains. Alongside the mentioned matter, my traditional pattern was developing practical knowledge, skills by testing diverse businesses contexts. Literally, I love communication in multi-cultural organisational environment and affection to the organisational people with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities and minorities. Meanwhile , when I was engaged in trade unions and ICCIMA, I personally experienced the fact of effective communications’ miracles to generate the business opportunities and values. Therefore, when I visited UAE to take part at expo exhibition, in myself privacy, I saw the Dubai as the best conceptual match to my dream experience and the best contextual fit to my desire future organisational platform. This proposed organisational platform plan has a key characteristics that match with my self-personality to enjoy the communications and networking at whole entire structure layers and to promote teamworking culture in diverse  environment. My personal philosophical interpretation from the creation of universal love and better life is gain sharing between collaborative profit instead of a single personal success. I was lucky enough and god blessing, to meet Farshid Farzanegan in Dubai, and I found my complementary partner to start MUNDO’s journey.
