MUNDO marketing structure is based on Multicultural (Ethnic) marketing where MUNDO is conducting marketing to local, regional, and international partners of specific ethnicities—typically Middle East, Mediterranean, East and West Europe, Britain, Africa, and most Arab countries’ Markets, which are sometimes called the “general market.” Typically, MUNDO’s multicultural marketing characteristics take advantage of the ethnic group’s different cultural referents—such as language, traditions, celebrations, religion and any other concepts—to communicate to and persuade that potential audience to become future partner. Cultural as well as ethnic variations in multicultural societies such as the United Arab Emirates provide MUNDO with the opportunity to connect with consumers by developing consumer segments for targeted marketing initiatives. For example, insight into the culture and ethnicity of consumers is applied directly to MUNDO’s consumer targeting through a variety of marketing initiatives in the UAE, (Moradi, Najafi, Farzanegan, 2024).

According to De-Mooij (2015), MUNDO’s Multicultural marketing acknowledges differences in perception, motives and beliefs among consumers with different cultural backgrounds, utilises cultural norms of several cultures to maximise exposure of the MUNDO’s service and products by demonstrating interest and appreciation of different cultures (Moradi, Najafi, Farzanegan, 2024). MUNDO is supported the Wilkinson & Cheng (1999)’s theory that suggest for MUNDO’s multicultural marketing strategy to succeed, cultural differences must be identified, understood, and respected. Businesses must communicate on different “wavelengths” and adapt to different markets around the world (Moradi, Najafi, Farzanegan, 2024).

Both founders; Dr Farzanegan, Dr Najafi, were practiced the trades in global marketing and functioned within the chamber of commerce for more than decade within the diverse environment and observed the potential bottlenecks to develop the import and export globally. Allahdad (2015), Farsani (2021) addresses the same bottlenecks’ findings of both founders in the literature review of the defined context. Therefore, MUNDO platform’s paradigm and ideology was built up on academic and practical concrete of both founders to make the global privet chamber of commerce and consultancy framework aiming the sustainable organisational performance in order to develop the local regions’ import and export at universal market.
